REGISTRATION: Cost of WADBAGCon? Free! There is
no registration fee for gaming.
Pre-registration is not necessary, but is strongly encouraged so the
convention staff can estimate numbers for table allocation and food
prep. Pre-register by email to David Kuijt at
kuijt@umiacs.umd.edu,
giving your name, email, phone number, and whether you will be
present for Morning, Afternoon, and Evening gaming sessions.
BRING AND BUY: Think of this as a low-effort flea market.
Have any extra figures that you don't want? An army that will not
fight well for you? Some terrain you don't need? Bring it,
mark it with your name and a price, and we'll put it out on table
space. No fees, no barrier to your gaming time.
OPEN GAMING: There is plenty of table space for other games, including
board games such as Shadows
Among Camelot, Lord of the Ring, Settlers of Catan, and many others
will be available if there is interest.
FOOD & BEVERAGE: Lunch and Dinner
will be provided on-site, since there are no food purveyors near by. Please
preregister and bring $3 if you will be staying over lunch (i.e.
between the Morning and Afternoon sessions), and we will supply you
with a hearty Chili. Please preregister and bring $5 if you will be
staying over dinner (between the Afternoon and Evening sessions) and
we will supply some sort of hearty comestible then, too. (Details
still under debate). If you have any special dietary needs or
food issues, please let us know -- we may not be able to accommodate
you, but we will certainly try.
