WADBAG's David Schlanger and David Kuijt ran the Rise and Fall of the Roman Empire DBA Scenarios event as part of the DBA at Historicon 2006 program during Historicon 2006 (July 20-23, 2006) at Lancaster, PA. 14 players were divided into two groups of seven - one Roman group and one Barbarian group. Each player competed against the others in his group and played through each of seven historical scenarios against seven different players from the opposing group. The scenarios featured battles from the collapse of the Republic through Justinian's Reconquest. Each battle lasted about an hour and featured custom designed terrain. Figures were provided.
